Who is Yunde Canine Enterprises ?

Yunde Canine Enterprises is an 100% Australian owned and operated business based in Brisbane, Qld, Australia. We are glad to have you as our valid customers as with out you we would not be in business. Returns Policy

Yunde Canine Enterprises wants you to be satisfied with the products that you have purchased, and we also want to give you adequate time to examine your purchases. If, for any reason, a product does not meet your expectations, just return it to us within 30 days after purchase. We will cheerfully extend an exchange, credit, or refund (excluding shipping costs).

Products that arrive defective or that become defective within 30 days of shipment may be returned for credit, a refund, or exchanged for a replacement product. A return authorisation is required.

All merchandise returned to Yunde Canine Enterprises must be in as-new condition and in the original packaging with all warranty cards, tags, manuals, and accessories. Items showing cuts or tooth marks will not be replaced and we will not issue a refund or credit. DVDs must be unopened in order for us to issue a refund or credit.

We recommend that you ship returns via a traceable delivery service to ensure proper credit.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns and exchanges (both the return of the merchandise to Yunde Canine Enterprises and the cost for us to ship any new or replacement items to you) unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival or unless Yunde Canine Enterprises made an error in the shipment.

Instructions for General Returns

To return a product that doesn't meet your expectations, please follow these steps:

Record Important Details on the Order: On a copy of your order please write the reason for the return and what action you would like us to take (refund, credit, or replacement). If you don't have your order, write a note with your name, address, daytime telephone number, email address, the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take. Please include your credit card number and the expiration date; we will need to charge your card for the postage to ship the new merchandise to you.

Pack the Product: All products must be returned in as-new condition in the original manufacturer packaging. If your product was shipped in a standard carton, be sure to return using the same or similar packaging. When using the original carton, be sure that previous shipping labels or other markings have been removed or covered completely.

Ship the Product Back to Us: We recommend that you ship the product back to us via a traceable delivery service such as Express Post. Yunde Canine Enterprises will not be responsible for items lost in transit to our center or items without a Proof-of-Delivery signature. It is the customer's responsibility to retain a copy of the return tracking number in the event of a lost shipment until a credit has been issued or a replacement product has been shipped. Receive Your Refund, Credit, or Replacement: If you request a refund, the refund will be made based on the original method of payment. If you paid with a credit card, we will credit the card that was used for your original purchase. If you paid with a cheque, we will issue a refund cheque. We will notify you by email when we have received your return. Once we have notified you, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account or for the refund cheque to be mailed. If you have requested a credit, we will email you a gift certificate number within 48 business hours. If you have requested a replacement, we will ship the new product within 48 business hours. New products will be shipped to you at your expense.

Instructions for the Return of Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

To return a product that is defective or that was shipped to you in error, please follow these steps:

Request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA): Send an email to info@agilityclick.com or call 0448 815 135 and explain the problem. If you send an email, you will usually receive a reply within 24 business hours. You will be given an authorisation to return the items. We will arrange for you to be reimbursed for any postage/shipping costs incurred for our preferred shipping method.

Write Your RMA Number on Your Order: Once you have received your RMA number/details, write it on the sales receipt along with the reason for the return and what action you would like us to take (refund, credit, or replacement). If you don't have your order, please write a detailed note with your name, address, daytime telephone number, email address, the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take.

Your Receipt

When you have finished shopping, you will receive a receipt to your email address that you put down on the order form, this receipt is a Invoice which you can print as your purchase record. At times we may need to send you a second receipt if there is any alteration in price.

How to Order ?

We have made it easy to shop at agilityclick.com. All that you need to worry about is what you want to buy ! Ordering is Safe, Secure and Easy. At any stage you can change your mind, change your products or cancel your order.

1. When you find something you would like to purchase press the "buy button" or the Title of the product for more information. The Buy Button adds the item to the shopping cart. The Product link gives you a better look at the products.

2. After you have finished shopping press the "checkout button" or the "View Cart" button and continue to fill in the billing information.

Delivery charges

Purchases under 500g within Australia will be sent via Regular Post. Purchases 3kg and over within Australia will be posted by Express Post.

For international orders (excluding New Zealand) goods will be shipped via sea freight.  Please make a note in the Comments box on the order form if you wish to have goods forwarded by air or economy.  In this case you will be charged actual costs plus $5.00AUD postage and handling.  If requested, we will email you the air or economy freight charges before we process the order and/or charge your credit card.  You may accept, decline or amend the order at this point.
